Work training programs help adults at UCP learn job skills and prepare for future employment. Workshop activities, including sorting, packaging, assembly, and shrink wrapping, enable them to earn their own money for the first time, and to experience a sense of pride and accomplishment. A staff of teachers, social workers and therapists provide training and support.
