Supported Living enables adults with disabilities to live in their own apartments. With the help of Supported Living Coaches, individuals develop a system of supports which allow them to live independently. No matter the extent of the challenges they may face, people with disabilities have the right to control their own lives, making personal choices about where they will live and work.
